Guest: Timo Stammberger, Photographer
We cordially invite you to our FOTO-FÜHRUNG through the current exhibition HIDDEN – Animals in the Anthropocene.
Born in Hamburg, Timo Stammberger studied photography at the Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie in Berlin. For many years he has been photographically investigating our relationship to so-called “farm animals”. In doing so, he looks behind the scenes of an industry that operates in secret and makes visible the living conditions of animals in industrial breeding and fattening facilities.
In conversation with art historian Miriam Zlobinski, Timo Stammberger provides insights into his work as well as into the genesis of the exhibition and book project HIDDEN – Animals in the Anthropocene.
The event takes place on site, at freiraum für fotografie. Admission 5€ | reduced 3€.
Participation is possible without a negative Corona test. Tickets: https://fhochdrei.org/tickets/
The tour will be held in German.
A project in the framework of “bild.kontexte”, supported by BMZ, LEZ and Stiftung Berliner Sparkasse.
