BerlinDiscoveries is our new format for photographers and photographic artists from the capital! Are you a professional photographer or photographic artist living and working in Berlin? Then apply now if you’d like to sell your work for a weekend at our print and book market!
You’ll have the opportunity to present your individual images or series, hand prints or printed materials, photobooks or editions to a large audience interested in photography and photographic art, and to sell them directly on site. You set the prices yourself!
For your application, please send the following materials to discoveries@fhochdrei.org with the subject line “Bewerbung Print- und Buchmarkt”:
- A PDF featuring the works you would like to present and sell (max. 5 MB, filename: LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_Portfolio)
- A PDF with your artistic CV and your postal address (max. 1 page, filename: LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_CV)
- Two images that we may use free of charge for BerlinDiscoveries’ press and public relations if you participate in the market (as JPG, quality 10, 300 dpi at 20 × 30 cm, filename: LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_Image_01 and 02)
Participation in the open call is free of charge. For the selected photographers and photographic artists, a binding participation fee of €70 plus 19% VAT applies. This includes space for both days, a table and seating, and, importantly, promotion of you and your work through our extensive international network.
