Support the work of freiraum f\u00fcr fotografie!<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We almost got caught out too: our building was sold and the rent for f\u00b3 \u2013 freiraum f\u00fcr fotografie<\/strong> has risen by around 30 %. Unaffordable for a committed cultural organisation! Over the past few months, we have looked at countless vacant commercial properties all over Berlin and actually found a needle in a haystack: A private landlord with a passion for art and culture who would let us his beautiful (and larger) centrally located premises in Kreuzberg on fair terms \u2013 we hadn’t dared to hope!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a few weeks now, the space has been undergoing work and remodelling: We have been putting up walls for the new, larger exhibition space, installing a new lighting system, refurbishing the sanitary facilities, renovating the floor and designing the beautiful sun terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now we are almost there, the remodelling is almost finished and it could be so beautiful! But one thing led to another: Due to various unforeseen events during the course of the building work, the costs have skyrocketed. We would therefore like to ask for your support for the remodelling and thus for the preservation of f\u00b3 \u2013 freiraum f\u00fcr fotografie<\/strong>. Even the smallest amount helps!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
